Pho has arrived in St Albans

Pho has arrived at Christopher Place, opening with a record-breaking soft launch that saw hundreds of guests lining up for free bowls of phở before officially unveiling its full menu this week. We caught up with Victoria, Pho’s Head of Marketing, who explained how they doubled the number of staff for training and prepared twice the usual amount of phở to meet the incredible demand. With both press and locals eager to try the restaurant and the atmosphere buzzing, it was an opening that truly made its mark.
