Petting zoo comes to Christopher Place
We’re excited to announce that Christopher Place will be hosting a family-friendly petting zoo on Saturday 24th May, from 11am-3pm on the Mall.
This free, hands-on event promises to be a heartwarming and educational experience for visitors of all ages. Whether you’re looking for a way to keep the little ones entertained during half-term or you simply want to experience something different during your next shopping trip, this experience is not to be missed.
Children will have the opportunity to interact with the animals, learn how to safely handle them and discover fun facts about what they eat, where they sleep, and how they are cared for.
Come and say hello to some of your farmyard favourites, some of the animals joining us for the day include fluffy rabbits, goats, pigs, chickens and even a gentle pony. All animals are well socialised and comfortable around children, and experienced staff will be on hand to guide the sessions and answer any questions from curious young minds.
Whether you’re a local resident or visiting St Albans for the day, the petting zoo at Christopher Place is a fantastic way to create special memories with your children.
And after meeting the animals, why not treat yourselves to a delicious lunch at one of our popular eateries such as Hatch, Wagamama or The Pudding Stop there’s something for every appetite.
