Christopher Place Car Park – Essential Maintenance Works 2025
Dear Valued Customer,
WHAT IS HAPPENING?
We are undertaking some major repair and maintenance works to Level 1 (upper level) of the car park to improve the quality of our parking facilities.
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
The project is due to start the week commencing 17th January 2025 and is expected to be completed by 22nd May 2025.
HOW WILL I BE AFFECTED?
The works have been sequenced to minimise disruption to the car park, however the project involves taking up and relaying the concrete floor and so there will be periods where different parts of the car park will be closed off.
The number of available spaces will be reduced while the works are being carried out and there will be temporary traffic flow changes on a weekly basis.
Please note, there will be a 3-week period from 17 Feb to 14 April 2025 where the entire car park will be closed in order to carry out works to the entrance and exit lanes.
